Terms and Conditions of the Logo Use Agreement for the use of the MADE 4 THE USA Logo on your product:
I AGREE to use the highest quality raw materials available in my product and that every effort has been made to acquire such.
I AGREE that every effort has gone into constructing the very best version of my product and that the highest quality parts and craftsmanship were utilized in its assembly.
I AGREE that my product is being offered at the lowest possible price that still allows my company to make a reasonable profit so we can continue to operate at a level that guarantees all of the above for the future.
I AGREE that the materials acquisition, construction and assembly necessary to complete my product is conducted in the United States of America. In the event that an element of the above is unavailable within the continental United States, in recognition of our USMCA Agreement, every effort will be made to complete it using our neighbors in Mexico and Canada before looking anywhere else in the world.
I AGREE to use only the approved MADE 4 THE USA Logo or the MADE 4 THE USA Color Logo. Any alteration of the Design or Color of either of the two Logos must be pre-approved by MADE 4 THE USA.
I ACKNOWLEDGE that the MADE 4 THE USA Logo is being offered to businesses and manufacturers on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis, the goal of which is to encourage healthy competition, not stifle it.
I AGREE that by using and displaying the MADE 4 THE USA Logo on my product I commit to a minimum USER FEE of one quarter of one percent (.0005%) of all NET PROCEEDS from the sale of my product. This USER FEE will be tax deductible, due at the end of each calendar year, and will be made payable directly to MADE 4 THE USA. The USER FEES collected will be used in the promotion of the MADE 4 THE USA brand as well as the protection and enforcement of this Agreement. This will ensure the integrity of the brand for both the consumer and other USERS. One bad apple will not spoil the whole bunch. It will simply be removed from the basket…very rapidly and very publicly.
